- You can fill out as much or as little personal information as you like to run the Calculator; however, the more information you complete, the more accurate the resulting projections will be.
- On the left of the screen, you will see several categories. Click on each one and fill out the requested information, then click “Calculate” (top left of main screen).
- The categories to fill out include:
- - Personal information
- - Primary Residence
- - Savings
- - Retirement Assets
- - Investment Properties
- - Land
- - Partners
- - Direct Sales Interest
- Once you have experienced the Basic Calculator, click the “More” button (top right) and then “Advanced.”
- The Advanced Calculator will give you several additional options to create a more sophisticated set of results based on how you have manipulated the core assumptions in the programming.
- Click the “Game Plan” button (top left) to create a printable version of your report that will include the graphs displayed on the screen, plus a full analysis of your options for creating long-term cash flow.
